Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Frazee was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. Through the course of his career he has realized many times that he pursued the best career choice as it combines two of his favorite things; talking to people and working with his hands!

After receiving a BA at Wabash College and a master’s degree from Purdue University, both in biology, Dr. Frazee graduated from IU School of Dentistry in June 2012. Dr. Frazee is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Implant Association. He plans to pursue fellowships in both the Academy of General Dentistry and American Implant Association.

Dr. Frazee has had an extensive work history and loves to talk about it, so make sure you ask him about his path to dentistry when you visit.

In his spare time, Dr. Frazee tries to spend as much time as possible with his family, sons Tyler and Tyson, and his wife Kristina.  He also enjoys running, fishing and anything he can find to do outdoors.

Dr. Alvarado grew up in Marion, Indiana, and has wanted to be a dentist since she was a little girl. In fact, she still has a paper from the fourth grade stating she would become a dentist when she grew up! After graduating from Oak Hill High School, Dr. Alvarado moved to California and earned a degree in biology from Azusa Pacific University. She then moved back to Indiana to attend IU School of Dentistry.

Dr. Alvarado strives to provide the best possible dental experience for her patients, prioritizing both kindness and excellence. She is passionate about making patients feel known, seen, and cared for. She aims to create a positive and personalized experience for each patient.

In her free time, Dr. Alvarado enjoys exploring with her husband and their two dogs. They enjoy traveling to National Parks, going to baseball games, finding the best local restauraunts, and working out together. Most of all though, Dr. Alvarado loves a quiet day at home with her little family, and is usually cooking or baking something for them to enjoy!
