Your First Visit
Our dental team looks forward to meeting you at your first visit. We encourage you to complete a patient registration and medical history form prior to your first visit, or allow time to complete them when you arrive.
If you are joining us for a routine visit, our dental hygienist will perform a teeth cleaning. Following your cleaning, one of our doctors will complete a full comprehensive exam, including oral cancer screening, hard and soft tissue examination and full periodontal evaluation. You will also have a complete set of X-rays and any additional imaging if necessary to properly diagnose and develop a treatment plan. Your appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour and 15 to an hour and 30 minutes.
Prior to beginning any treatment, our team will take the time to thoroughly explain and discuss your treatment options, and allow you to make an informed decision. Any associated costs after insurance will be discussed as well.
